Hello {{user("firstname")}}, Spring is here, I just got back from a conference in Florida, and this is the April issue! Life is great. For those of you who don't know, we always report on a significant new IR camera introduction in the April issue, and this year is no different. I spotted this new camera, the FLIR ThermaCAM P65 MixIR, at the conference I attended last week, and wanted to get the news to you before you heard it anywhere else! As usual we have our Message board posts, News items, and our monthly Brainteaser for you to solve. If you have an idea for a poll you would like to see, email me your question and response choices. If we use your idea, we will send you a thank you gift. As with all images in this newsletter, click an image to see a larger version. If you want to save this newsletter for

FLIR introduces IR Camera for the Home Chef
Very portable, this mixer allows you to roam the kitchen (or factory) and mix at will. Its powerful yet lightweight motor maintains consistent beater speed even in heavy mixtures and won't bog down. The mixer comes with traditional beaters and also dough hooks for raised yeast doughs - simply change attachments to mix heavy bread doughs and delicate whites all with the same machine. The mixer is easy to clean because smooth, sleek surfaces have no seams or grooves that trap ingredients. This mixer also comes with a one-year warranty. Of course all the image and measurement attributes of the world renowned ThermaCAM P65 are maintained as well. Includes stainless steel Turbo Beaters and a liquid blender rod attachment to convert the mixer into a liquid blender for soups, sauces and beverages up to 32-ounces. Mixing Performance
